Terry is another player to have made a big impression on the darting scene - in 2005, jumping into the top 16 and quickly emerging as one of the stars of the future.
He has now found top form after settling down to life on the circuit.
He made his debut at the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship in December 2004.
He suffered a fourth round defeat at the UK Open to Dave Askew, but defeated Keith Deller in the first round at the World Matchplay before going out to Peter Manley.
Terry won April's Antwerp Open, and continued his form on the circuit with victory in the new Open Hotel Zwartwater, defeating Denis Ovens in the final.
